We are a small but effective team offering a wide range of HR services. This is an exciting opportunity for two HR Advisors (one based in London and one in Peterborough) who could be at different stages of their development, to join us in delivering a professional service. You will be part of a great team with a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills working on innovative projects and developments across the full scope of HR.
The successful candidate will have:
- CIPD Level 5 in HR (minimum) or equivalent
- Good working knowledge and experience in HR
- The ability to confidently advise managers on all HR related matters with practical solutions, recommendations and good judgement
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
