The Lime Tree Hotel is an independent boutique hotel set within a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse in the heart of Belgravia, just moments from the artisan boutiques and cafés of Elizabeth Street. With 26 individually designed bedrooms, a tranquil Secret Garden and our popular café, The Buttery, we are known for our warm, personal service and attention to detail. Our guests choose us for our character, calm atmosphere and the genuine connections we create.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and engaging Receptionist to join our team. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where personality, warmth and initiative are just as important as experience. As the first and last point of contact, you will play a key role in shaping each guest's experience. This is not a standard reception role. You will be actively engaging with guests throughout their stay, assisting with luggage across multiple floors, and delivering a highly personalised level of service that reflects the unique character of our hotel.
