Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across both digital and physical platforms, helping campaigns run smoothly from concept to execution.
  • Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions, bringing energy and fresh thinking to content planning and campaign development.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand marketing needs and deliver relevant, effective assets. Coordinate with external partners or suppliers when required.
  • Apply insights and data from analytics tools to inform creative direction and support decisions on promotional content, campaign adjustments, or customer-facing materials.
  • Support wider marketing activity such as events, trade shows, and promotions, contributing to the planning and execution of on-site and in-person brand engagement.

About you:

  • Ideally within retail, wholesale, or hospitality sectors, with exposure to both digital and offline channels.
  • Proven ability to work confidently in Adobe Illustrator. Experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools or email platforms is a welcome bonus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset paired with the curiosity to explore new ideas and the discipline to see them through.
  • Comfortable working with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with a general understanding of how brands communicate across each.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to grow professionally, and an openness to feedback and development.

This is a chance to join a brand with momentum and a team that values creativity, collaboration, and fresh thinking. It’s the ideal environment for someone who wants to grow their skills while making a meaningful contribution to how the brand looks, feels, and connects with its audience.
