  • Coordinate across teams β€” procurement, logistics, and account management β€” to keep production moving smoothly.
  • Liaise with manufacturing partners in London (Vauxhall) and New York, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication.
  • Uphold quality standards , collaborating with QA to meet regulatory and brand requirements.
  • Solve problems fast , identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions.
  • Champion continuous improvement , reviewing post-run outcomes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Report clearly and concisely on project status, KPIs, and risks for internal stakeholders.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years’ project management experience in F&B manufacturing, beverages, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of liquid/semi-liquid production (syrups, sauces, condiments, etc.).
  • Experience managing multi-site or international production.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach β€” calm under pressure, always ready to adapt.
  • Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented but commercially aware.
  • Collaborative, communicative, and energised by teamwork.
  • Passionate about food, beverages, and operational excellence.
  • Why Join Us

  • Be part of a growing, purpose-driven company reshaping functional food.
  • Work across exciting international projects.
