An independent strategy consultancy specialising in the food and consumer sectors is looking to hire a Strategy Manager to lead high-impact strategy engagements and commercial due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients.

As a Strategy Manager, you will take a leadership role across projects, working directly with Partners and clients while guiding analysts and consultants through complex commercial questions across the food value chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading commercial and operational due diligence for private equity transactions
- Managing end-to-end strategy engagements across growth strategy, market entry, and value creation
- Structuring complex problems and guiding teams through market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive assessments
- Overseeing market modelling, commercial analysis, and financial scenario testing
- Synthesising insights into clear, compelling strategic recommendations for investment committees and boards
- Managing project teams and supporting the development of Analysts and Consultants
- Building trusted relationships with private equity and corporate clients
What They’re Looking For
- ~6–9 years’ experience in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, or transaction advisory
- ~Strong experience leading CDD projects or strategic engagements within Food/Consumer Industry
- ~Excellent analytical, modelling, and problem-structuring capabilities
