Manufacturing Consultant to join a growing Boutique Operations Consulting firm specializing in operational performance improvement.
This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and delivering measurable impact in complex manufacturing and industrial environments.
As a Manufacturing Consultant, you will work closely with clients across a range of industries - including FMCG, Industrials, Automotive & Life Sciences to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and drive sustainable performance improvements.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role that blends strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support operational transformation projects, working directly with client teams to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
- Use a hands-on, data-driven approach to analyze processes, uncover inefficiencies, and drive tangible improvements.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align project goals, define strategies, and execute high-impact initiatives.
