Lime Talent are currently supporting a fast-growing, dynamic management consultancy in London that is looking to appoint an Associate Partner / Managing Principal to help drive the next phase of growth within its Manufacturing practice. This is a leadership role for someone who combines deep manufacturing expertise with strong commercial instincts and a proven ability to win and grow client relationships.

Key requirements:

  • Significant experience within a recognised management consultancy, delivering manufacturing transformation and operational improvement programmes
  • Strong business development capabilities, with a track record of winning new clients, growing accounts and building senior stakeholder relationships
  • Deep expertise across manufacturing operations, operational excellence, continuous improvement, digital manufacturing, supply chain or broader operations transformation
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
  • Industry experience within manufacturing environments is highly desirable, particularly FMCG, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Life Sciences, Industrials or related sectors
  • Experience leading consulting teams, developing talent and owning senior client relationships at C-suite level

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the manufacturing proposition, driving market engagement, securing new business opportunities and leading high-profile transformation programmes for major clients.
