Senior National Account Manager – Branded FMCG
Location: Southern Home Counties Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

With an expanding range of premium branded goods sold across the UK and internationally, they’re scaling quickly and looking for a dynamic Senior National Account Manager to join their team.
The Role:
This is a high-impact position with full P&L responsibility across key grocery retail accounts. You’ll be instrumental in driving growth, launching innovation, and building standout customer relationships – all while supporting and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key supermarket accounts with full P&L ownership
- Lead commercial negotiations including JBPs, pricing, and promotional plans
- Drive new listings and extend distribution across a growing product range
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and Europe
- Line manage and mentor two junior members of the team
- Provide regular commercial updates to senior leadership and contribute to annual planning
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience managing grocery multiples as a National Account Manager
- Strong track record of owning P&L, delivering growth, and negotiating trade terms
- People management experience is a plus
- Commercially savvy, results-driven, and strategic in your approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
