About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Senior Consultant to join a growing boutique consulting firm specializing in operational performance improvement. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and delivering measurable impact in complex manufacturing and industrial environments.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients across industries—including FMCG, Industrials & Life Sciences—to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and drive sustainable performance improvements. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that combines strategic thinking with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational transformation projects, working directly with client teams to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
• Utilize a hands-on, data-driven approach to analyze processes, uncover inefficiencies, and deliver tangible improvements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project goals, define strategies, and execute high-impact initiatives.
• Coach and mentor client teams to embed continuous improvement mindsets and ensure long-term success.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and business growth through insights, methodologies, and best practices.

• Strong experience in management consulting, operational excellence, manufacturing, or related fields.

• Hands-on approach to change management—comfortable working in industrial environments and engaging frontline teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
