Working with globally recognised brands across FMCG and beauty, this business delivers innovative, data-led consumer engagement solutions that drive measurable sales impact. The Role
This is a strategic, commercially focused account management position. You will own a portfolio of high-value clients, focusing on retention, expansion, and revenue generation rather than delivery execution. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, identify new opportunities across brands and markets, and drive rebook and upsell activity. Supported by specialist delivery teams, your role is to maximise account value and act as a trusted commercial partner to your clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts
- Drive renewals, rebooks, and revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell
- Identify and unlock opportunities across wider client networks and divisions
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and contract renewals
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management
- Deliver strategic reviews focused on ROI and future growth opportunities
- Use insights and market knowledge to proactively shape client strategy
About You
- 4+ years’ experience in account management within a commercial or consultative environment
- Proven track record of growing and retaining large client accounts
- Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders (CMO, VP level)
- Background in FMCG, beauty, retail, or related sectors
- Highly commercial with strong negotiation and forecasting skills
- Confident in consultative selling and uncovering client needs
- Organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions

- Existing network within FMCG, beauty, or retail
- European language skills
- Experience in product sampling, packaging, or fulfilment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
