We’re working with a specialist professional chocolate supplier seeking a consultative Sales Manager to lead sales of their chocolate range across artisan and large-scale customers.

You will:

  • Own the full sales cycle from enquiry to reorder, for couverture, drops, blocks, single-origin and bulk supply
  • Deliver product tastings and technical demos in the showroom and on-site
  • Advise on cocoa %, viscosity, tempering, storage/shelf-life and recipe compatibility
  • Prepare quotes, manage lead times, MOQs and export/logistics support
  • Work with NPD alongside test kitchens
  • Build long-term customer relationships and maintain CRM records

You’ll have:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in food ingredients, chocolate, bakery or premium FMCG
  • Strong technical knowledge of chocolate and ability to translate it for customers
  • Consultative selling, excellent communication and commercial confidence
  • Organised, CRM-savvy (Zoho/Shopify experience desirable) and willing to travel occasionally
  • Good numerical ability
