We are working with a founder‑led alcohol free beer challenger that is growing fast within the premium on‑trade market and are looking for a Regional Account Manager to take ownership of the London territory, accelerating business presence and driving growth. Your Responsibilities:
- New Business Development
- Identify, approach, and secure new accounts within London’s premium on‑trade sector.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high‑potential venues and groups.
- Convert leads into listings through proactive, relationship‑focused selling.
- Identify and engage key decision‑makers (e.g., operators, general managers, buyers) to progress opportunities efficiently.
- Territory Management & In‑Market Execution
- Take ownership of the London territory, driving distribution, visibility, and sales performance.
- Develop strong relationships at venue level to encourage product advocacy.
- Ensure high standards of execution, including menu presence, staff engagement, and point‑of‑sale materials where appropriate.
- Maintain a structured territory plan, balancing new business acquisition with account development to support repeat orders.
- Work closely with distribution partners (e.g., wholesalers and field sales teams) to expand distribution and accelerate growth.
- Conduct joint customer visits and trade days to generate leads and secure listings.
- Ensure customers understand ordering processes and have consistent product availability.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and forecasts.

About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in on‑trade field sales (ideally 3–4+ years); experience within premium beverages or FMCG preferred.
- Proven track record of securing new business and closing deals.
- Strong knowledge of the London hospitality market, particularly premium venues.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with hospitality decision‑makers.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritise workload.
- Highly organised with strong follow‑up discipline and pipeline management.
- Based in London or within close proximity to the territory.
- Experience working with wholesalers or route‑to‑market partners to deliver joint growth.
