We’re partnering with a global branded consumer goods business to help them hire an Online Grocery Account Lead. This is a key role in a high-growth channel, with ownership of major online grocery customers including Ocado and the top four mults.
The Role
You’ll lead the commercial strategy across priority online grocery accounts, taking full responsibility for the delivery of Joint Business Plans, P&L performance, and digital execution. This channel is a major growth engine for the brand, with strong visibility across the wider commercial team.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the relationship with key online grocery customers (Ocado, Tesco.com, etc.)
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans in partnership with the Grocery Controller
- Deliver online growth targets and manage full P&L accountability
- Work cross-functionally to align online activity with in-store and brand campaigns
- Optimise visibility and conversion across retailer platforms
- Act as the go-to expert on online grocery trends and best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing top-tier online grocery accounts (Ocado, Tesco.com, Asda.com etc.)
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth
- Proven ability to manage Joint Business Plans and full P&L
- Confident working cross-functionally and influencing internal/external stakeholders
