The Company:
Our client is an ethical, environmentally friendly challenger brand with listings in the major grocers, online and high street. They are London based and this is a hybrid opportunity where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the head office.
The Vacancy:
We are looking for a proactive individual with experience of working as an NAE or NAM within the FMCG industry. Responsibilities will include expanding existing sales channels, providing precise forecasting through data analysis, and identifying opportunities for new business.
Responsibilities:
● Cultivating strong relationships with key customer contacts.
● Evaluating promotional performance and devising strategies to enhance effectiveness.
● Managing SKU-level forecasts for designated customers.
● Leveraging customer systems to optimise sales, including influencing availability and promotions.
● Analysing category data to identify growth opportunities .
● Collaborating with marketing to develop effective customer plans.
● Enhancing brand visibility and presence in-store.
● Managing accounts within budgetary constraints.
● Monitoring market performance and competitor activities.
● Communicating performance internally and externally, recommending corrective actions as needed.
About You:
● Entrepreneurial mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
● Experience of working as an NAE or NAM for another FMCG brand.
● Adept at negotiation and passionate about sales.
● Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
Salary £45,000 – £55,000 base (depending on level) + Bonus
