Our client is a high growth mission driven home cleaning brand that is redefining the industry through a sustainable approach. They are now looking to expand their commercial team, bringing on board a new National Account Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for driving and expanding company presence on Amazon UK, managing both daily operations and long-term strategy.
- Establish a collaborative business framework with Amazon that reflects and supports our overarching commercial ambitions.
- Accelerate revenue growth through thoughtful campaign planning, efficient media investment, and successful rollout of new product offerings.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Amazon’s Vendor Central (or Seller Central), including pricing oversight, demand planning, inventory flow, and premium content development.
- Lead the financial planning and performance tracking across Amazon and DTC, ensuring clarity and accuracy in budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage the direct-to-consumer website (Shopify), coordinating with agency partners and internal stakeholders to optimise site performance, CRM execution, and content strategy.
- Analyse performance metrics and trends to extract actionable insights that drive improved efficiency, return on investment, and overall channel success.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments—including Marketing, Finance, and Operations—to ensure aligned and effective execution across all sales channels.
- Maintain a strong awareness of the competitive landscape and evolving best practices in digital retail to keep us at the forefront of eCommerce innovation.
Your profile:
- Demonstrable experience in leading Amazon channel growth for an emerging FMCG brand.
- Strong financial and commercial expertise, particularly in profit-and-loss management, retail advertising, and promotional strategy.
- Deep familiarity with Amazon’s tools and platforms such as Vendor Central (or Seller Central), AMS, and ARA.
- Digitally native mindset with working knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce fundamentals within a DTC framework.
- Highly numerate with the ability to interpret complex data and apply insights to real-world decisions.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
