This role will focus on driving new business wins across key customer channels such as Pubs, QSRs, Wholesalers, and Distributors.
The position is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional motivated by uncovering opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the relevant Channel Lead and the wider AFH team in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment focused on delivering sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target and secure new national and regional accounts within the Away From Home channel.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers, converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and value propositions aligned to customer needs, category insights and wider market trends.
- Work cross-functionally with in-house teams to develop and deliver high-quality selling materials that effectively influence customers across multiple selling environments.
- Act as a trusted partner by understanding customer challenges and delivering tailored solutions through the product portfolio.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive new business growth.
