An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious National Account Executive to join a fast-growing FMCG business. This is a fantastic chance to support the commercial team across key wholesale and retail accounts while developing your career in account management.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting senior account managers with major customers, managing smaller accounts directly, and helping to drive new business opportunities. It’s a varied position with excellent opportunities for learning, growth, and progression in a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Supporting negotiations on pricing, promotions, and activations.
- Assisting with distribution gains, new listings, and NPD launches.
- Helping to deliver customer business plans and supporting account managers with reporting.
- Coordinating in-store demos and activations to build customer engagement.
- Monitoring commercial performance and preparing reports for senior leadership.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Previous sales or FMCG experience (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A proactive, results-focused approach and a genuine desire to learn.
