This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth FMCG business at a pivotal stage. The brands you’ll support have recently delivered massive category growth, and the team are now looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial Assistant Brand Manager to help drive the next phase.
Working closely with the Brand and Category teams, you’ll contribute across the full marketing mix — from communications and activation to innovation, portfolio management, and performance tracking.
- Support the development and execution of brand communications across social, digital, website, and shopper channels
- Act as a brand guardian, working with creative, shopper, and media agencies
- Support innovation, renovation, and portfolio management, including packaging and in-store launches
- Track brand and portfolio performance, sharing insights and recommendations
- Support shopper marketing and POS activation
- Manage projects and elements of the local marketing budget
You will have previous Assistant Brand Manager experience (In FMCG).
Experience delivering digital and shopper communications.
Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
Confident working with data and performance metrics.
