This role is a home and field-based role based in South-East England. We require someone who lives within London or the Home Counties.
We're partnering with a leading field sales & marketing agency to find an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of a high-profile FMCG account within the OOH channel. This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll drive commercial performance, lead field teams, and deliver best-in-class execution across a national account.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning revenue targets and delivering against strategic account plans
- Building and maintaining senior-level client relationships
- Leading field teams to deliver KPI-driven performance
- Using data and insight to drive decisions and unlock growth opportunities
- Managing end-to-end operational delivery and team performance
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and influencing client strategy
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in OOH or FMCG field sales
- Proven background in account management and client leadership
- Proven team leadership experience, either through direct line management or leading managers
- Experience managing teams and delivering against KPIs
- Commercially astute with P&L responsibility
- Confident working with complex data sets (Power BI a plus)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
