We are working with an exciting high growth start-up within the entertainment and games space that are looking for a Marketing Lead to oversee their performance marketing, taking on complete ownership of the function and accelerating their market presence. Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a direct-to-consumer paid social strategy.
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across major social platforms to drive traffic and revenue, with a strong focus on achieving profitability from the first purchase.
- Optimise performance for lower-priced consumer products.
- Build and refine conversion funnels that work within tighter margins. Explore techniques such as upselling, landing page optimisation, and creative testing to improve average order value and reduce acquisition costs.
- Leverage high-performing organic content for paid growth.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to turn top-performing organic content into scalable paid campaigns.
- Implement structured testing and experimentation. Continuously test and iterate across messaging, creatives, offers, audiences, and landing pages, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Manage the full customer acquisition funnel. Oversee prospecting, retargeting, budget allocation, creative cycles, and performance tracking to maximise results.
