We’re working with a leading consumer leisure business to recruit a Head of Brand & Campaigns. This is a newly created leadership role within a well-known multi-site business, responsible for translating commercial priorities into clear, customer-focused marketing plans that drive engagement, footfall and revenue growth across multiple brands. You’ll lead the planning, prioritisation and execution of marketing activity across the business, ensuring teams, budgets and resources are aligned behind the opportunities that will have the greatest commercial impact. This role would suit an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in campaign planning, brand marketing or commercial marketing, who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the development and delivery of short, medium and long-term marketing plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Translate trading priorities, customer insights and commercial opportunities into actionable marketing roadmaps.
  • Lead campaign planning across key trading periods, seasonal events, customer propositions and brand initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across marketing, digital, creative and operational teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
  • Manage marketing priorities, budgets and resources to maximise commercial return.
  • Lead and develop a team of Marketing Managers, creating clear accountability and focus.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, operations and the wider business.
  • Use customer, market and performance data to inform planning decisions and optimise future activity.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, customer experience and commercial performance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a consumer-facing business.
  • A strong background in campaign planning, brand marketing or commercial marketing.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, entertainment or other multi-site consumer businesses would be advantageous.
