We’re working on behalf of an international FMCG group to hire a Country Manager to lead their UK business — a £multi-million operation with a strong brand portfolio and a high-performing team already in place. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants full ownership of the UK P&L, the strategy, the people, and the long-term growth agenda.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the UK organisation (c.16 people) with direct reports across Sales, Marketing, Finance & Operations
  • Owning the UK P&L — driving revenue, margin, market share and EBITDA
  • Setting and delivering the commercial strategy for the UK
  • Developing annual plans, budgets and longer-term roadmaps
  • Strengthening customer relationships across Key Accounts, Wholesale, Convenience and Specialist channels
  • Coaching, developing and inspiring the UK team while fostering a high-performance culture
  • Working closely with the wider European leadership teams
