We’re partnering with a premium international consumer brand business to hire an International Brand Manager to support growth across Northern Europe. This is an interesting opportunity for someone with strong FMCG brand or trade marketing experience who enjoys working across multiple markets, collaborating with international teams, and taking real ownership of projects from strategy through to execution. The business has an entrepreneurial culture, a portfolio of established brands, and a genuine long-term approach to growth and innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing annual brand and trade marketing plans across Northern Europe
- Partnering with Country Managers to identify market opportunities and drive commercial growth
- Supporting product launches, packaging development and in-market activations
- Managing POS, promotional activity, CRM and loyalty initiatives
- Working closely with international marketing teams on innovation and brand positioning
- Monitoring KPIs, budgets and campaign performance
- Conducting regular market and retail visits to ensure execution excellence
To be considered, you’ll ideally have:
- Experience within FMCG brand marketing, trade marketing or product management
- Experience working across multiple markets or international regions
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate independently
- Experience within food, drink or branded consumer goods would be highly advantageous
