We’re working on behalf of a forward‑thinking retailer that’s looking for an experienced and hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team across B2B and B2C markets. As a Head of Marketing, you will have full ownership of the marketing strategy across both online and in‑store. You will guide a wide variety of marketing initiatives from digital campaigns and online branding to in‑store and POS activations.
What the role entails:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the brand across online and in‑store channels
- Lead the marketing team to deliver campaigns across digital, social and in‑store
- Own and oversee the marketing budget while ensuring a strong ROI
- Collaborate with leadership across the business to ensure smooth activation of marketing initiatives
- Design and manage multi‑channel campaigns to drive brand recognition
- Track and analyse market trends and customer behaviour
