This role supports the development of both digital and in-store marketing, helping shape how the brand is experienced by customers. Itβs a hands-on position with plenty of space to explore creative ideas and contribute to brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a range of marketing materials across channels, including social media graphics, email content, in-store visuals, and website assets β all with strong attention to branding and visual impact.
- Assist in the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across both digital and physical platforms, helping campaigns run smoothly from concept to execution.
- Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions, bringing energy and fresh thinking to content planning and campaign development.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand marketing needs and deliver relevant, effective assets.
- Coordinate with external partners or suppliers when required.
- Apply insights and data from analytics tools to inform creative direction and support decisions on promotional content, campaign adjustments, or customer-facing materials.
- Support wider marketing activity such as events, trade shows, and promotions, contributing to the planning and execution of on-site and in-person brand engagement.
About you:
- Ideally within retail, wholesale, or hospitality sectors, with exposure to both digital and offline channels.
- Proven ability to work confidently in Adobe Illustrator. Experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools or email platforms is a welcome bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset paired with the curiosity to explore new ideas and the discipline to see them through.
- Comfortable working with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with a general understanding of how brands communicate across each.
