Content & Community Executive

Location: London (Hybrid – flexible working hours)

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised person to join a fast-growing FMCG brand that’s redefining its category through engaging storytelling, authentic creator partnerships, and a highly connected online community. You will work directly with the social media & culture lead and the eCommerce lead.

As Content & Community Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand connects with its audience — supporting the social media & culture lead to deliver standout content, manage a network of UGC creators, and drive engagement across community and CRM channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with a diverse community of content creators and influencers.
  • Coordinating briefs, deliverables, and campaign performance.
  • Supporting the planning and creation of engaging social content.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure a steady pipeline of content.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting of communications.
  • Developing and executing CRM campaigns and newsletters.
  • Tracking performance metrics and sharing insights to enhance engagement.

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Graduate with 18 months to 2 years of experience in social media, content coordination, or influencer/UGC management.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, or similar.
  • Creative and technical skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Suite.
  • A genuine passion for social media, culture and the creator economy.
  • Someone who will stay up to date with industry trends, social media tools, and CRM best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

What’s on offer:

  • Join a purpose-driven FMCG brand with an exciting and engaging social media strategy.
  • A collaborative, culture-led team with progression opportunities, as the brand continues to scale.

If you’re a creative self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now!
