You will be part of a global FMCG business operating within the regulated premium recreational products sector.
Working with senior stakeholders, you’ll spearhead the rollout of a brand-new product range in the South UK (primarily Central London), targeting specialised headshops and convenience stores. Acting as a field-based powerhouse, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and ignite brand awareness through creative initiatives, retailer education, and hotspot opportunities—all while keeping things simple, solid, and fun.
- Develop and implement creative initiatives to strengthen product and brand awareness
- Build strong relationships and long-term loyalty within independent convenience stores and headshops
- Gather and report market intelligence, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide clear, actionable insights
- Educate and support retailers and maximise in-store opportunities
- Oversee stock levels, train promoters, and conduct regular store visits with POS tracking
Experienced sales rep or business development in a FMCG environment (a must).
Clean UK driving license; comfortable with frequent travel and non-standard hours.
Strong sales and negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Flexible, cross-culturally competent, market-facing, and able to thrive independently or in teams.
