You’ll own the development pipeline — turning insight, trends, and data into crave-worthy, commercially successful products that consumers love. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, as well as with co-manufacturers and international partners to deliver category-leading NPD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new products from idea to launch, ensuring they meet brand, quality, and commercial objectives.

  • Manage and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure feasibility, scalability, and compliance.
  • Partner with Marketing and Insights teams to translate consumer data into tangible NPD opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing SKUs through recipe optimization, reformulation, and cost efficiency.

  • Creative yet commercially minded — you balance blue-sky thinking with disciplined delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passionate about great food, sustainability, and pushing boundaries.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of one of the UK’s most exciting food success stories.
