Role Overview

The Brand Lead will own and drive the brand’s strategic direction, positioning and creative execution across all channels. This role sits at the centre of the marketing function, leading brand strategy, overseeing creative development and ensuring consistent brand expression at every consumer touchpoint. You will manage a small creative team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, sales, e-commerce and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Identity
    • Lead the evolution of brand identity, voice and visual world across the full product portfolio.
    • Own and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application globally and locally.
    • Develop assets for use across retail, digital, social, partnerships and experiential channels.
    • Foster internal brand alignment through training, toolkits and ongoing communication.
    • Keep the brand culturally relevant using consumer insight, category trends and brand-health data.
  • Creative Development
    • Oversee the full creative process from concept through to execution across campaigns, packaging, retail, digital and social.
    • Brief and manage agencies, production partners and freelancers as needed.
    • Develop high-quality creative concepts, mood boards and territories that maintain brand consistency while pushing creative ambition.
    • Lead creative reviews and provide strategic feedback that enhances storytelling and output quality.
    • Implement a structured testing framework to optimise messaging, visuals and creative formats.
  • Campaign & Content Execution
    • Lead integrated brand campaigns and product launches from planning through delivery.
    • Align storytelling with broader marketing initiatives including performance, retail and e-commerce.
    • Oversee social strategy, content planning and ongoing brand storytelling across channels.
    • Use audience and behavioural insights to guide creative decisions.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
    • Set priorities, manage timelines and oversee budgets across multiple brand projects.
    • Ensure creative and brand initiatives deliver measurable impact against commercial goals.
    • Manage and mentor the Designer and Content/Social Manager, ensuring consistently high-quality output.
    • Act as a key partner to internal teams including NPD, sales and e-commerce.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG, wellness or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience owning brand development and leading creative execution.
  • Strong team-leadership and people-management capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Excellent eye for design, aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Experience across digital, social, retail and integrated campaigns.
  • Highly organised, proactive and collaborative.
