Position: Junior Shopper Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid 3 days per week – London

Package: £40k – £45k

We’re working on behalf of a fast-growing challenger brand in the sports and nutrition category looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join the team. They are growing at a rapid rate of >150% YoY and fast approaching the top of their category. In this role, they are looking for someone with a commercial & creative mindset to create & execute world-class activations and brand visibility.

What you’ll do:

  1. Bring key retail activations to life in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.
  2. Build & execute trade advertisements across various formats.
  3. Deliver a strong ROI by utilising various eCommerce marketing platforms.
  4. Deliver brand campaigns aligned with the overall brand guidelines & vision.
  5. Be responsible for key shopper & trade marketing budgets.
  6. Analyse & optimise trade & shopper ROI closely to increase fine margins in a growing organisation.

Experience you bring:

  1. Proven experience in shopper marketing or brand activations with commercial & creative acumen.
  2. Experience in a branded CPG environment (challenger brand ideally).
  3. Strong understanding of data & proven background in reporting from multiple sources.
  4. Ability to prioritise and execute in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
  5. A passion for creating and building great brands.
