This is a senior, high-impact role with full ownership of international retail performance. You’ll lead expansion strategy, manage distributors and key retail relationships, and take responsibility for commercial outcomes as the business scales across multiple markets.

The role:
- Own and deliver the international retail strategy across international markets
- Lead relationships with distributor partners and key retail accounts
- Full responsibility for forecasts, P&L and commercial negotiations
