Lime Talent is excited to be partnering with a leading consumer goods business to hire a Head of Commercial Strategy & RGM. This is a senior leadership role with full commercial ownership for a significant portfolio, combining category strategy, revenue growth management, and team leadership to deliver sustainable growth.
The role:
- Lead the development and delivery of a multi-year plan for the category, covering customer initiatives, RGM, innovation, and operational efficiencies.
- Shape and execute commercial plans across multiple channels, ensuring profitable delivery while meeting customer needs.
- Own the category’s financial performance, building forecasts and budgets, and tracking delivery against key targets.
- Build, coach, and inspire a talented cross-functional team.
- Act as a key member of the category leadership team, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate:
- Significant experience in commercial, category, or RGM roles within FMCG or consumer goods.
- A blend of commercial, category, and RGM experience, with the capability to step into a future Customer or Channel Director role.
- Strong understanding of RGM principles and how to apply them commercially.
- Proven ability to manage P&L performance and make data-led decisions.
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
