We’re working on behalf of a fast-growing premium spirits business looking for a Global Brand Manager to join its team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and creative marketer who is passionate about building iconic brands in the premium spirits industry.
About the Role:
As a key member of the global brand team, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future of internationally recognised spirits brands. You will drive global brand strategy, develop compelling marketing campaigns, and lead cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that elevate brand equity, awareness, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Growth – Lead the development and execution of global brand plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Marketing & Communications – Manage omnichannel marketing strategies, including digital, PR, social media, and trade activations.
- Innovation & NPD – Identify market trends and collaborate on new product development to drive growth.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management – Work closely with agencies, distributors, and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Commercial Performance – Analyse brand performance, market data, and category insights to refine strategies and maximise sales impact.
- Budget Management – Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
