We’re supporting a growing, values-led FMCG business in the search for a highly organised, discreet and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal, high-trust role at the heart of the organisation, offering close exposure to senior decision-making and the opportunity to contribute to both strategic priorities and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
As Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to the MD, ensuring their time, priorities and communications are managed seamlessly while supporting the wider leadership team as required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide comprehensive EA/PA support to the Managing Director, including diary, inbox and meeting management
- Manage complex calendars, travel, accommodation and event bookings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, board packs, agendas and minutes
- Act as a professional gatekeeper, managing sensitive information with discretion
- Anticipate priorities and proactively support workload planning
- Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
- Support the Senior Leadership Team with admin, expenses, travel and coordination
