We’re recruiting for a fast-growing, founder-led food FMCG brand entering their next phase of scale. With strong ecommerce sales, and accelerating retail listings, we’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded COO to build the operational engine that powers sustainable expansion. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in high‑growth environments and knows how to translate vision into execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Build and scale end‑to‑end operations across supply chain, production, logistics, and fulfilment.
- Retail & Ecommerce Growth Enablement: Optimise systems and processes to support multi‑channel growth across major retail and DTC/ecommerce platforms.
- Supply Chain & Commercial Performance: Drive margin improvement, demand planning accuracy, inventory management, and supplier performance.
- Team & Infrastructure Build‑Out: Recruit, lead, and develop high‑performing operations, finance, and commercial support teams.
- Strategic Execution Partner to Founder: Translate strategic priorities into clear operational roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven FMCG Experience: Senior operational leadership experience within a food or beverage FMCG brand.
