This role involves leading a warehouse team, driving operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll help achieve KPIs and contribute to the branch’s success.
The role involves:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations.
- Ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Leading a team of 25+ staff.
- Working closely with the Stock and Health & Safety teams for accurate stock control and compliance.
- Optimizing space, streamlining processes, and improving the customer experience.
- Supporting the Branch Manager in achieving performance targets, monitoring staff performance, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment.
The candidate should have:
- Proven experience in warehouse or retail management, preferably in the trade or construction materials industry.
