This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth FMCG business at a pivotal stage. The brands you’ll support have recently delivered massive category growth, and the team are now looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial Assistant Brand Manager to help drive the next phase.

Working closely with the Brand and Category teams, you’ll contribute across the full marketing mix — from communications and activation to innovation, portfolio management, and performance tracking.

About role
  • Support the development and execution of brand communications across social, digital, website, and shopper channels
  • Act as a brand guardian, working with creative, shopper, and media agencies
  • Support innovation, renovation, and portfolio management, including packaging and in-store launches
  • Track brand and portfolio performance, sharing insights and recommendations
  • Support shopper marketing and POS activation
  • Manage projects and elements of the local marketing budget
  • Compile market, consumer, and competitor insights
About you
  • You will have previous Assistant Brand Manager experience (In FMCG)
  • Experience delivering digital and shopper communications
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills
  • Confident working with data and performance metrics
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Relevant Degree
