We’re working with a leading global FMCG/food business that is looking to hire an experienced Senior Account Manager into its UK eCommerce team.
This is a high-profile commercial role with responsibility for a major Amazon account, focused on driving profitable growth, developing the customer strategy and building a strong long-term partnership.
The role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning the Amazon P&L across key channels
- Leading commercial and JBP conversations
- Developing the long-term Amazon growth strategy
- Using data and insight to improve range, visibility and performance
- Working closely with internal and global eCommerce teams
What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong eCommerce or online account management experience
- Experience working with Amazon or another major eCommerce customer
- A strong commercial and financial mindset
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
- The ability to turn data and insight into commercial action
