We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager at a high-end Gastro-Pub in Warwickshire. The successful Deputy Manager will come from a similar background and must be able to demonstrate delivery of quality at volume, as well as being the perfect host and fully accountable in the absence of the GM. This is the ideal role for a strong Assistant Manager or someone who is already a Deputy Manager, looking to polish their skills.
The Role
- Very hands-on - you will be leading from the front!
- Leading a team of up to 15-20
- Strong leadership required in the GM's absence
- Being the ultimate host - not only greeting the regulars with a huge smile but creating new regulars with your already proven skills at being the heart of your local community
