Lime Recruit is searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Relief Chefs to join an ever-expanding chef desk. The Relief Chef role would suit a Senior CDP/Jr Sous looking to gain more experience in the industry whilst earning a great hourly rate.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years previous Chef experience
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 a minimum
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Well presented, good communication, enthusiastic
- Level 2 FSA certification
- Previous rosette experience or working with fresh seasonal produce
