Lime Recruit is searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Relief Chefs to join an ever-expanding chef desk. The Relief Chef role would suit a Senior CDP/Jr Sous looking to gain more experience in the industry whilst earning a great hourly rate.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years previous Chef experience
  • NVQ Level 2 and 3 a minimum
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
  • Well presented, good communication, enthusiastic
  • Level 2 FSA certification
  • Previous rosette experience or working with fresh seasonal produce
