You'll:
- Lead check-in, check-out and reservations
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and billing
- Arrange experiences, dining and transfers
- Anticipate needs before they're voiced
- Look after UHNW guests with warmth and discretion
You are:
- From a luxury hotel, resort or private members' background
- Modern in approach, not bound by tradition
- A natural host with charm and confidence
- Organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure
- Experienced with an industry PMS (property management system)
You'll get:
