Lime Recruit is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for stunning property. The Ideal Maintenance Manager will have previous experience in a similar role and will be passionate and enthusiastic about making a difference. You will have a trade of some description and be able to pro-actively manage a small team
The Role
- Pro-actively manage the maintenance of the property
- Overseeing a small team to ensure response and repair times are in line with company standards
- Ensure H&S procedures are adhered to and updated where needed
- Implement energy saving ideas to support the hotel in its future proofing quest and monitor energy usage
- Be the point of contact for outside contractors and any maintenance issues
- Participate and oversee the refurbishment of all areas in the property
- Responsibility for the annual budget and monthly forecasts relating to the department
- Conduct routine equipment checks and provide repairs where possible
- Produce rotas for the team
The Person
- Passionate, enthusiastic and well presented
- Experience in managing a team within ahotel establishment
- Ideally hold a recognised qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety and Fire Regulations
- A skill based qualification such as Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry etc.
- Ability to deal with a wide range of basic maintenance repairs
- Train and mentor junior members of the maintenance team
