Lime Recruit is looking for experienced Events Managers and Supervisors to work in the field alongside a number of our clients over the Christmas period. We are looking to recruit Event Supervisors/Managers of all levels - we also welcome applications from experienced waiters looking to step up and take on additional responsibility to seasoned managers. This role could also suit an event manager or supervisor looking for additional hours around a current full-time position.

Responsibilities and role

  • Applicants will have significant experience in the hospitality industry, ideally with an in-depth understanding of conference and banqueting.
  • We are looking for candidates capable of effectively managing a team of staff.
  • A typical week could be running or working on functions, often in the evenings or weekends and spending time liaising with the office regarding general events planning, logistics, training, staff feedback etc.
  • A crucial part of this role is to maintain strong relations and to provide a key link between Lime Recruit and our clients.
