We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager at a high end Gastro-Pub in Warwickshire.
The successful Deputy Manager will come from a similar background, and must be able to demonstrate delivery of quality at volume, as well as being the perfect host and be fully accountable in the absence of the GM.
This is the ideal role for a strong Assistant Manager or someone who is already a Deputy Manager, looking to polish their skills.
Role
• Very hands on - you will be leading from the front!
