We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator & Client Support Executive to join our growing team. This role combines administration, client support, report writing, and outbound calling to existing clients and new leads, within a Financial Advisory / Investment Management firm. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, managing multiple tasks, and supporting the wider team to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing reports and completing administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
  • Handling calls, emails, post, and general office administration
  • Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting the sales and advisory teams with day-to-day administration
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection procedures

Requirements

  • Previous office administration experience essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
