We are expanding our Freelance Talent Pool to support short-term projects, cover periods of peak demand and provide specialist expertise across our TV, streaming and commercial output. We are looking for talent in a range of different roles across production, tech (camera & sound) & creative (particularly in Graphic Design & Set Dec/Buying). We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to ensuring our talent pool reflects the diversity of the audiences we serve.
Roles will vary in duration and hours and may require occasional travel, weekend or evening work depending on production needs.
Experience & knowledge required:
- Proven freelance experience in your specialist area within television, digital media or related creative industries.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams.
- Knowledge of industry health & safety, safeguarding and working-time regulations where applicable.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
