My client is one of the UK's leading Independent Wealth Management and Financial Planning firms, covering most of the UK, offering Wealth & Financial Planning Advice to both Businesses, Corporate firms and HNW Individuals.
We are urgently seeking a Client Services Administrator to be located within the company's Harrogate offices. You will work as part of a Team of Administrators who enable the Financial Planners of the firm to maintain a portfolio of High Net Worth clients, by liaising with policy providers to gain information, obtaining policy illustrations, updating and maintaining internal databases and processing all new business applications and tracking the process through to completion.
Specific duties of the role will include:
- Preparing documentation for client meetings
- Undertaking general office duties, filing, scanning, post etc
- Completion of Client Reports
- Sending prepared Investment information to clients
- Responding to client Administration enquiries, face to face, or through telecommunications or letters
- Develop processes to support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
- Liaise with product providers as/when necessary
- Assisting with the development of client relationships to enable client retention
- Assist in the identification and development of new clients
We are seeking a candidate who has at least 2 years experience working within the Financial Services industry, ideally within a similar role within an IFA / Financial Advisory environment, coupled with good communication and numeracy skills. It would be to your advantage if you have any knowledge of Investment products, Pensions, Investments, SIPP, ISA, and also if you have any knowledge of Model Office.
