My client is a fully independent nationwide Financial Advisory firm, providing sound Financial Advice to both businesses and individuals across Pensions, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Tax and Investments. We urgently seeking an experienced Administrator to join an existing team who are responsible for providing Administration support for both the Financial Advisers and Directors of the business. Specifically you’ll be responsible for the following: Administration duties To arrange basic administration requirements from file notes as instructed Collating costs & charges information for annual review purposes Preparing valuations / client packs for client meetings To send off letters by email and post as required To be responsible for scanning and administrative duties as required To telephone clients when required Day to day reception duties To be responsible for the main reception duties during opening hours To be the first contact for answering and directing telephone calls Opening of post in morning & allocation to staff To deal with clients at the front desk in a polite and courteous manner To arrange refreshments for clients and advisers as necessary To take accurate messages for advisers and members of staff as necessary To undertake photocopying / scanning duties as requested To be responsible for franking of outgoing post To ensure sufficient supplies of stationery / consumables / sundries Ideally we would be seeking an individual who has around 1+ years experience working within a Financial Advisory firm as an Administrator or PA. But we are also willing to consider Administrators who have previous experience working in the Financial Services sector.
