Job Description
My client is an Independent Financial Advisory firm, providing tailored Financial and Investment Solutions to both individuals and businesses.
As a key Adviser for the business you will be responsible for:
- Providing tailored financial advice across a broad range of services including retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, insurance, and tax strategies
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Conducting thorough financial assessments and develop comprehensive financial plans
- Staying up to date with regulatory changes and market trends
- Operating with a high level of autonomy while aligning with the firm’s values and client-first philosophy
We are seeking an individual who has a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Financial Adviser, qualified with a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered Level qualification desirable). You will have a commitment to ethical, independent Advice, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage your own client base, it would be to you advantage if you have clients to bring with you (although not specifically needed).
My client operates under EOT (Employee Ownership Trust) which means the successful candidate will have:
