My client is a Independent Financial Advisory firm, specialising on advising both businesses and individuals on aspects of Financial Planning including Investments, Pensions, Retirement Planning, Mortgages and on the Corporate side Employee Benefits, Pensions, Corporate Protection and Finance.

My client is currently going through a company restructure due to implementing an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) later in 2023, the purpose of this will be to transfer ownership of the company to the employees of the business.
Due to this we now have a need to employ a Financial Adviser who will gradually take over around (Apply online only) clients from the principal fee earner of the business over the next year. The majority of the clients are coming from the Group Pension Schemes the company Advises you would need to have strong Pensions and Investments knowledge including income drawdown strategies.
We would be seeking a qualified (Full Certificate in Financial Planning / Diploma Qualified FPC, CII Diploma etc) Financial Adviser with around 2-5 years experience working in an Independent Financial Advice role. The starting salary for the role will be c£40k, with Pension (after 3 months), 4 x DIS (after 6 months), PMI (after 6 months), 20% New Business Bonus (with no threshold) & £45 / month travel expenses. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
The successful applicant will be a beneficiary of the Trust and have the opportunity to benefit from potential profit share and also any event on the future sale of the business
